Ce hêtre pourpre est le gardien d'une des portes du parc. Une porte qui n'a pas échappé à l'attention de l'artiste graffeur "Crayon". Cet arbre semble dialoguer avec son graf. Ses feuilles, brun violacé, reflètent à la fois le bleu de l'oeuvre de Crayon et l'azur ciel. Certains jours d'été, il devient presque bleu lui-même. Étrange spectacle...
